Lounge Host/Hostess

Inc is looking for an experienced and professional Lounge Host/Hostess to join our team. The Lounge Host/Hostess will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests in the lounge area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome

• Ensure that the lounge area is clean and tidy at all times

• Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide them with menus

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests

• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner

• Handle payments and process transactions

• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the menu and lounge services

• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Knowledge of food and beverage service

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Must be available to work nights and weekends
